Chaibo Abdala Sualehe, 29 years old, has been a ranger for 7 years at Niassa National Reserve, where he is well-known for always being motivated and ready for the most risky patrol missions and always bringing good results. Chaibo stood out for leading a patrol mission which lasted 7 days. In this mission, he led a group of rangers and managed to deactivate more than 400 snares. Chaibo is an example of integrity, responsibility, wisdom, bravura and leadership, not afraid to take on any mission, no matter how risky.
